Firearms
Section titled “Firearms”Hold right-click to aim, left-click to fire, and press R to reload: reloading takes ammunition from your inventory, up to the magazine. Firearms stay in your main hand (not the off hand) and do not work while you are in Titan form.
| Firearm | Hands | Ammunition | Magazine | Damage | Range | Reload |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Flintlock | One | Paper Cartridge | 3 | 8 | 30 | 3 s |
| Musket | Two | Paper Cartridge | 1 | 10 | 60 | 2.5 s |
| Marleyan Rifle | Two | Advanced Rifle Round | 1 | 12 | 100 | 1.5 s |
| Marleyan Mauser | One | Advanced Pistol Ammo | 10 | 7 | 40 | 2 s |
| Anti-Titan Rifle | Two | Anti-Titan Round | 1 | 40 | 160 | 2 s |
Range is in blocks. Between two shots: Flintlock 1 s, Musket 1.5 s, Marleyan Rifle 1.25 s, Mauser 0.3 s, Anti-Titan Rifle 3 s.
- Marleyan bloodline: Marleyan-made guns (Anti-Titan Rifle, Marleyan Rifle, and Marleyan Mauser) deal 20% more damage.
- Against Titans: only the Anti-Titan Rifle hurts a nape. One shot on the nape kills a Pure Titan. On a Titan shifter’s nape, it counts as one nape hit, like a blade cut. A shot from any other gun does no damage to a nape: you only see a little blood.
- Eyes: a shot in a Titan’s eye blinds it, except from the Flintlock and the Mauser.
- The Anti-Titan Rifle can take a head off, and breaks the blocks around where it hits (with the gunGriefing rule on, the default).
