Become a Titan
Eight playable Titans, nearly 60 abilities. Each power has only one holder at a time.
Attack Titan
Punches, kicks, stomps and a grab. It can also guard, harden its arms and roar.

Pure Titans
More than a dozen kinds walk the land. They reach for you, grab you and eat you. Most sleep at night; the Abnormals never do.

Your bloodline
Every player gets a bloodline, drawn at random. It decides what you can become.
Eldian
The most common. You can take a Titan power.
Marleyan
Just as common. You cannot become a Titan, and Paradis villagers give you bad trades.
Ackerman
Rare. No Titan power, but you hit Titans more easily, cut off their heads and have an awakened power.
Royal
The rarest. With the Beast Titan, you command the Pure Titans.

Which Minecraft version do I need?
Minecraft Java 1.21.1, with the Fabric mod loader.
Is it on Bedrock or mobile?
Not yet, but it is planned: a Bedrock edition will come later (no date yet), without slowing down the Java version. For now, Danny's AOT is for Minecraft Java only.
Does it work with Forge or NeoForge?
Not officially. It can run on NeoForge with Sinytra Connector, but you will find bugs. Forge and NeoForge versions are planned for the last stage.
What are the controls?
G and H fire the left and right hooks, R reloads your blades, B turns you into your Titan, and 1 to 9 use its abilities. Change them in Options, Controls, Key Binds, under Danny's AOT.
Can I play on a server with friends?
Yes. Install Danny's AOT and the required mods on the server and on every player's game. Game rules are set with /daot gamerule.
Or join an official serverHow do I get a Titan power?
Hold right-click on a Pure Titan with an empty syringe. Sneak and right-click to inject yourself: you become a Pure Titan. Then eat a villager or a player who carries a Titan power to take it. Ackermans and Marleyans cannot do this.
How do I get to Paradis?
Find the docks in the Overworld: they work like a portal to Paradis. Danny shows the way in a video. You can also use this command:

Normal weapons do nothing to Pure Titans. Use ultrahard steel blades (with ODM gear), thunder spears or the Anti-Titan rifle, and aim for the nape.
Is the mod itself translated?
No, the mod is in English. This site is translated to help you get started.
The game crashes when it starts. What do I do?
Check that you have all the required mods (see Install). Shoulder Surfing, Talent Cards and Titan Kill Tracker do not work with Danny's AOT. Still stuck? Ask in the bug reports channel on the Discord.
